The most common question is: "What exactly can I delegate?"
- What is Deliverus?
- Deliverus is a dedicated embedded operations service that keeps your work moving. It is not a strategy consulting service, nor a fixed-deliverable production contract. We handle the ongoing production, operations, and coordination work that fills your days β so you can stay focused on the decisions that matter.
- How is this different from outsourced production or staffing?
- Deliverus is not a fixed-deliverable contract. Our goal is not to deliver a finished product β it's to execute ongoing work. We also operate as a team, not as individually placed staff.
- What can I delegate?
- We handle the execution work required to keep projects moving: production, operations, coordination, and quality review. However, we do not handle strategy design, concept development, outcome-guaranteed contracts, or full project takeovers. When in doubt, just tell us what's stalled.
- Is 1 Credit really equal to 1 hour?
- Yes. At Deliverus, 1 Credit = 1 hour is our baseline. We estimate the time required to execute each request and deduct Credits accordingly. This covers design, production, coordination, internal review, quality management, and monthly reporting.
- Can I see the estimated hours before I commit?
- Yes. For each request, we share an estimated Credit count before we begin. We report actual usage monthly, with full transparency.
- What happens if I don't use all my credits?
- Unused credits can be carried over to your next contract period, up to 50% of the original amount. Carryover applies once per renewal.
- Can you handle urgent or after-hours requests?
- We generally do not, but we're happy to discuss your situation and what may be possible.
- Do you support multilingual work?
- Support depends on the language and level required. Feel free to reach out and we'll let you know what's available.
- Is there a minimum contract period?
- The minimum contract period is one month. There are no long-term commitments required. Note that contracts do not auto-renew β we'll confirm with you each time.
- Can I cancel mid-contract?
- Yes. If you cancel before your contract ends, we will refund 50% of any unused credits.
- Can I request consulting services like strategy planning or RFP writing?
- Our service focuses on execution. For consulting needs, please reach out to tentus directly.
